Dave Puskaric just helped us to find/ buy a new home and list/sell our old home within a 90 day timeframe at the peak of the coronavirus pandemic. He successfully negotiated on our behalf in the purchase of our new home, referred us to an excellent mortgage broker, and helped to finalize all details of the purchase which closed within 30 days. After our move and getting our old house ready for sale, he suggested a reasonable selling price to move the home quickly, had a professional photographer take gorgeous pics of the home, and put it on the market quickly. Within a week we were under contract and, with his continued assistance, the sale was again completed within 30 days. A straight shooter, hard worker, and honest gentleman.
